Hospital foundation names three new board members
The Simi Valley Hospital Foundation has announced the addition of three new board members: Anil K. Garg, Eric Little and Nancy Kinsinger.
Garg is the owner of APEX Financial Services. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Simi Valley and, along with other Rotarians, he was honored by the White House for the Champions of Change Program in 2012.
Simi Valley Community Foundation recognized him as Humanitarian of the Year in 2015. That same year, Garg received the Rotary International Service Award for a polio-free world.
He is serving on the Citizens Advisory Board of Ventura County Community Colleges.
Garg and his family are Paul Harris Fellows. He is also a major donor, Bequest Society member and a benefactor.
Little moved to Simi Valley in 2000 and opened what was called a scratch agency. Today, his agency has five team members and serves thousands of households, mostly in Simi Valley.
Little is a member of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise. He is an affiliate member of the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors and has been chapter affiliate of the year for the organization.
Kinsinger has been a volunteer at Simi Valley Hospital for over 30 years. She has served as president of the Volunteer Guild Board and is on the Hats Off to Women committee.
Kinsinger is also co-president of United Methodist Women at the Simi Valley United Methodist church and an active member of PEO International, which raises funds for educating women.
The Simi Valley Hospital Foundation played a major role in funding the hospital’s new Patient Care Tower. For more information about the foundation, call (805) 955-6670 or visit simivalleyhospital.com.
