Freund has been one of the top-producing agents in the valley for many years. And for many years his business has been increasing. True success in real estate is measured not just in dollars but in a growing number of satisfied clients.
This year developed into a great year for Freund, where he helped over 40 families buy and sell real estate.
In dollars, he represented clients in the sale of over $36 million in real estate. On three transactions he even represented both the buyer and seller.
Freund presents a strategic plan for every listing. This often begins with preparation prior to listing the home, to ensure it achieves the highest price. Sometimes he recommends upgrading some areas to enhance the value of the home.
HGTV has many programs that show how homes can be improved to bring the highest price in the shortest amount of time.
According to Lech, Freund prides himself on getting an outstanding return on investment.

Freund was born and raised in California. He’s a graduate of UC Santa Barbara.
