Acclaimed author to speak at Brandeis luncheon
Brandeis National Committee San Fernando Valley Chapter will host Words, Wit and Wisdom books and authors luncheon from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tues., March 29 at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles.
Jonathan Kirsch, book editor at the Jewish Journal, will moderate an authors’ panel with the following writers:
Cheryl Cecchetto is the producer of the Academy Awards and Emmy Governor’s balls and author of “Passion to Create: Your Invitation to Celebrate.”
Hollye Dexter wrote two novels as well as a memoir titled “Fire Season”
Frances Dinkelspiel is the author of “Tangled Vines: Greed, Murder, Obsession and an Arsonist in the Vineyards of California.”
David Kukoff is a film and television writer as well as author of the novel “Children of the Canyon.”
The cost is $75 and includes either a chicken or salmon luncheon. Proceeds will support neurodengenerative disease research at Brandeis University.
