During a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Big Springs Avenue, a 27-year-old man was arrested for the possession of a controlled substance for sale.

In the 3000 block of Candice Court, a 23- year- old man was arrested on a charge of grand theft.

A woman, 23, was arrested for possession of narcotics in connection with an incident reported in the 1800 block of E. Cochran Street on Jan. 31.

At E. Los Angeles and Alscot avenues, a 32- year- old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Feb. 2

Officers responded to a report of narcotic activity in the 5800 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and arrested a woman, 24, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

The following were arrested for possession of a controlled substance: a man, 44, at Appleton Road and Watson Avenue, and a woman, 58, in the 4600 block of Adam Road.

In the 2100 block of Ravenna Street, officers responded to a report of a family dispute and arrested a 33-year-old man on a charge of committing vandalism resulting in less than $ 400 in damage.

During a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Erringer Road, a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A man, 19, was arrested during a traffic stop at First Street and Chambers Lane for the unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Feb. 3

While investigating a reported assault with a deadly weapon at Simi Valley Hospital in the 2900

block of Sycamore Drive, officers arrested a 26-year-old man for providing false identification to a police officer.

A man, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Erringer Road and the 118 Freeway.

During a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Yosemite Avenue, a 20-year-old man was arrested for the purchase or possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of sale.

During a traffic stop in the 2700 block of E. Cochran Street, a 19- year- old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

At Tapo and Alamo streets, a 21-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

A woman, 24, was arrested at Royal Avenue and First Street for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 2200 block of Waldo Avenue and arrested an 18-year-old man on a charge of battery.

A man, 19, was arrested during a traffic stop at E. Los Angeles Avenue and Stearns Street on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

In the 4100 block of Carlotta Street, officers responded to a report of a family dispute and arrested a 27-year-old man for being drunk in public.

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident at Arcane and Newman streets and arrested a man, 19, for possession of a controlled substance.

Behind the Do-It Center in the 2600 block of E. Cochran Street, a 47-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

During a traffic stop at Promenade and Kadota streets, a 28-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a 31-year-old man was arrested for violating the terms of his parole.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 3400 block of Amarillo Avenue and arrested a woman, 29, on a charge of maliciously and willfully disturbing another person by loud and unreasonable noise.

Feb. 5

At the Circle K in the 500 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 43-year-old woman was arrested for being drunk in public.

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a man, 58, at E. Cochran Street and Ralston Avenue, and a man, 45, in the 5000 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 2600 block of Coral Gum Lane and arrested a woman, 32, on a charge of domestic infliction of corporal injury.

Feb. 6

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2200 block of Alscot Avenue and arrested a man, 20, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

In the Sinaloa Shopping Plaza in the 600 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 60-year-old man was arrested for being drunk in public.

During a traffic stop at Tapo Canyon Road and the 118 Freeway, a 20-year-old woman was cited for the unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage.

At Tapo Canyon Road and E. Cochran Street, a 42-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Feb. 7

A 30- year- old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at First and E. Easy streets.

During a traffic stop at N. Bridget and E. Los Angeles avenues, a 28- year- old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Officers responded to a report of a family dispute in the 100 block of Tierra Rejada Road and arrested a man, 52, for violating a protective or restraining order.

In the 2200 block of Sycamore Drive, a 40-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

Officers responded to a report of a shoplift/burglary at the Pavilions in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road and arrested a 24-year-old man on a charge of burglary.

A woman, 25, was arrested for driving on a suspended license at E. Cochran and Stearns streets.

At the Costco in the 2600 block of Park Center Drive, officers responded to a report of a theft and arrested a 33-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman, each on a charge of theft.
