In the 2800 block of Fairbanks Avenue, a 19-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

In the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 23-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested for public intoxication.

During a parole or probation search in the 900 block of Enchanted Way, a 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on a charge of robbery.

Aug. 3

During a traffic stop in the 300 block of Royal Avenue, a 37-yearold man was arrested for letting someone who doesn’t have a license drive his vehicle.

In connection with a sexual crime investigation that began in the 1600 block of Earl Avenue Aug. 2, a 19- year-old man was arrested on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on a charge of burglary at the McDonald’s in the 2600 block of Yosemite Avenue.

Aug. 4

A 33-year-old man was arrested on a charge of child endangerment.

In connection with a theft investigation in the 6100 block of Goshen Street, a 20-year-old man was arrested on a charge of burglary.

Officers responded to a call of a hit-and-run accident at Sycamore Drive and Marcella Street and arrested a 65-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In the 5100 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress and arrested a 35-year-old woman for battery against a peace officer.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress in the 2400 block of Fig Street and arrested a 68-year-old woman for deterring or preventing an executive officer from performing his duty by means of threat or violence.

Aug. 5

In the 2000 block of Hull Court, officers responded to a call of domestic violence in progress and arrested a 23-year-old man for domestic infliction of corporal injury.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 5000 block of Alamo Street.

Officers responded to a disturbance in progress in the 5400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and arrested two 18-year-old men: one for the illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage and the other for possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana.

During a traffic stop at Erringer Road and the 118 Freeway, a 41-yearold woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 6

At Crosby and Royal avenues, a 42-year-old woman was arrested for presenting or displaying false evidences of vehicle registration with the intent to avoid registration fees.

At the Vons in the 1800 block of E. Cochran Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress and arrested a 23-year-old man for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Aug. 7

A 24-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at E. Los Angeles Avenue and Sycamore Drive.

Officers responded to a call of domestic violence in progress in the 2600 block of E. Phipps Avenue and arrested a 24-year-old woman for domestic infliction of corporal injury.

A woman, 45, was arrested for theft after shoplifting from the Costco in the 2600 block of Park Center Drive.

At Yosemite and E. Los Angeles avenues, a 23-year-old man was arrested on a charge of burglary.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on a charge of burglary for shoplifting from the Ralphs in the 2700 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue on Aug. 6.

Aug. 8

A 20-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing an accident in the 300 block of S. Wood Ranch Parkway.

Officers responded to a report of a fraud or forgery in progress at Home Depot in the 500 block of E. Cochran Street and arrested a 33- year-old woman for burglary.

Aug. 9

A woman, 20, was arrested on a charge of embezzlement in connection with an embezzlement investigation at Cribs 2 Teens in the 2400 block of Stearns Street.

At the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 41-yearold woman was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft.

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 21-year-old man in the 5800 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and a 30-year-old man after causing a noninjury accident, also in the 5800 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.
