The Simi Valley Elks Lodge No. 2492 is “revving up” for the seventh annual Walk in the Park Car Show from noon to 3 p.m. Sun., Aug. 8 at the Elks Lodge, 1561 Kuehner Drive, Simi Valley.

The car show has no entry fee, admission charge, classes or judging. The show is open to all types and models of motorcycles and cars.

The Elks will serve breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. The traditional hamburgers, hot dogs, fries and wet fries will be served from noon to 3 p.m. Cari and the Black Rose Band will provide live music, and old drag race movies will be shown.

The Elks is a nonprofit fraternal organization dedicated to the community, veterans and children.The car show raises money for Elks charities and community support.
