Jeffrey Clements Jeffrey Clements of Simi Valley has successfully completed California Highway Patrol cadet training. He was assigned to duty at the CHP Moorpark Area office.

Clements is a 2004 graduate of Simi Valley High School.

He studied political science at Cal State Northridge.

He worked as a police service assistant for the Simi Valley Police Department before joining the CHP.
