July 16

Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 4600 block of Runway Street and arrested a 52- year-old man for theft.

A woman, 24, was arrested for committing vandalism resulting in more than $400 of damage.

At First Street and Royal Avenue, a 19-year-old man was arrested for brandishing a firearm.

Officers responded to a report of a theft at the Vons in the 1800 block of E. Cochran Street and arrested a 23-year-old man for burglary.

A 21-year-old woman was arrested for theft after shoplifting from the Kohl’s in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road.

July 17

A 33-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing an accident at W. Easy Street and Madera Road.

At E. Los Angeles and Angus avenues, a 38-year-old man was arrested for possession of an open container of alcohol while driving.

Officers responded to a call of suspicious activity in the 5000 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and arrested a 28-year-old man for the unlawful possession of a weapon and a 19-year-old man for tampering with a vehicle.

July 18

In the 300 block of Stargaze Place, a 20-year-old man was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for committing vandalism resulting in more than $400 of worth damage in connection with an incident that occurred June 25 in the 5800 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

Officers responded to a call of domestic violence in progress in the 5400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and arrested a 34-year-old woman for domestic battery.

At Kuehner Drive and the 118 Freeway, a 26-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and causing an injury accident.

July 19

A 22-year-old man was arrested in the 4500 block of Adam Road on a charge of robbery.

July 20

A man, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing an accident at Vista Creek Circle and N. Wood Ranch Parkway.

A 27-year-old man was arrested at the Simi Valley Town Center in the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way on a charge of battery.

At Erringer Road and E. Cochran Street, a 25-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 21

In the 2800 block of Thicket Place, a 20-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

In regards to an incident that occurred on June 23 in the 1500 block of Patricia Avenue, a 23- year-old man was arrested for unlawfully removing, destroying or obstructing any wireless communication device with the intent to prevent the use of the device to summon or notify law enforcement or any public safety agency.
