June 16

A 30-year-old man was cited for letting someone who doesn’t have a license drive his vehicle after that person caused a noninjury accident at Tapo and Eileen streets.

In the 2500 block of E. Lee Street, a 48-year-old woman was arrested for attempted burglary.

After causing a noninjury accident at Erringer Road and Patricia Avenue, a 42-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A woman, 57, was arrested on a charge of theft after shoplifting from the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way.

At Madera Road and W. Easy Street, a 37-year-old woman was cited for letting someone who doesn’t have a license drive her car.

Near the Shell station in the 2300 block of Tapo Street, a 25year-old man and a 27-year-old man were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

At the Mobil station in the 1000 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 20-year-old man was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

June 17

Officers responded to a call of a disturbance in progress at the Simi Valley Hospital in the 2900 block of Sycamore Drive and arrested a 42-year-old man on a charge of domestic battery.

June 18

A 20-year-old man was arrested in the 1000 block of N. Stanford Drive for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

In the 1800 block of E. Cochran Street, a 30-year-old man was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. At the same time, an 18-year-old was arrested for public intoxication.

At E. Cochran Street and Erringer Road, a 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and an 18-year-old man was arrested for the illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

A 45-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Tapo and Alamo streets.

June 19 A man, 26, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing an accident in the 1800 block of Patricia Avenue.

In the 4000 block of Township Avenue, a 51-year-old man was arrested on a charge of violating a protective or restraining order.

June 20

A 25-year-old man was arrested for burglary after shoplifting from the Wal-Mart in the 200 block of E. Cochran Street. At the same time, a 25-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of conspiracy.

In the 400 block of E. Cochran Street, a 32-year-old man was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

The following were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance: a 45-year-old man in the 5700 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and a 32-year-old man in the 1300 block of Mellow Lane.

June 21

A man, 22, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Ashland Avenue.

In the 100 block of E. Cochran Street, a 21-year-old man was arrested for engaging in speed contests.

Officers responded to a call of an assault and battery that had just occurred in the 2100 block of Snowberry Court and arrested a 26year-old woman for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Officers responded to a disturbance in progress in the 600 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and arrested an 18-year-old man for throwing substances at vehicles.

June 22

At the police station in the 3900 block of Alamo Street, a 41-yearold man was arrested for domestic battery.

In the 1400 block of Patricia Avenue, a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics.

At Erringer Road and Patricia Avenue, a 49-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license, for refusing a chemical test or driving with excessive blood alcohol.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for transporting or importing into the state a controlled substance and selling, administering or giving it away.
