Near the Taco Bell in the 2300 block of Tapo Street, a 19-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

May 20

An 18-year-old man was arrested at Appleton and Fitzgerald roads on a charge of committing vandalism resulting in less than $400 worth of damage.

May 21

In the 4700 block of Summit Avenue, a 25-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, and a 44- year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A 36-year-old man was also arrested on a felony warrant.

May 22

At Christine and E. Los Angeles avenues, a 50-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The following were arrested for being drunk in public: a 55-yearold woman at Sycamore Drive and Royal Avenue, and a 52-year-old man in the 1800 block of Heywood Street.

May 23

A man, 22, was arrested at Sycamore Drive and E. Morley Street and charged with using false documents to conceal one’s true citizenship.

The following were arrested for being drunk in public: a 33-yearold man in the 800 block of Somera Court, and a 43-year-old man near the YMCA in the 3200 block of E. Cochran Street.

Officers responded to a call of a stranded vehicle at E. Cochran and Fig streets and arrested a 20- year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at Alscot Avenue and Menlo Street for driving on a suspended license.

Officers responded to a family dispute in progress in the 1000 block of Borden Street and arrested a 21-year-old man on a charge of battery against a peace officer.

May 24

In the 2700 block of Angel Circle, officers responded to a report of a trespassing in progress and arrested a 19-year-old man for possession of marijuana.

May 25

A 20-year-old man and a 21- year-old woman were arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1100 block of Catlin Street.

At Tapo Canyon Road and the 118 Freeway, a 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

A man, 41, was arrested at First and E. Easy streets on a charge of domestic infliction of corporal injury.

May 26

At Clover and E. Cochran streets, a 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

In the 3600 block of Texas Avenue, a 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe.
