At Texas Avenue and Corpus Christi Street, a 24-year-old woman was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at Agnew Street and Caldwell Avenue for being an unlicensed driver.

A 71-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting from the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way and charged with petty theft.

In the 2400 block of Stearns Street, a 43-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

An 18-year-old man was arrested in the 2200 block of Lindale Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In the 2600 block of Silver Stream Court, a 19-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

At Tapo and Alamo streets, an 18-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and an 18-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A woman, 47, was arrested for shoplifting from the Target in the 2900 block of E. Cochran Street and charged with theft.

In the 3200 block of E. Wilmot Street, a 34-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Officers responded to a theft at Big Lots in the 2400 block of Sycamore Drive and arrested a 33- year-old woman on a charge of resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

At Stearns Street and the westbound 118 Freeway, a 45- year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

In the 600 block of Baywood Lane, officers responded to a call of a family dispute in progress and arrested a 22-year-old man on a charge of possession of narcotics.

May 17

In the 5300 block of Huntley Street, a 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A man, 28, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 2500 block of Sycamore Drive.

A 53-year-old man was arrested in the 2500 block of Sycamore Drive for giving a false report of a criminal offense.

At N. Church Street and E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 34-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a 32-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

May 18

At First and E. Cochran streets, a 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Officers responded to a call of domestic violence in progress in the 3400 block of Highwood Court and arrested a man, 25, for domestic battery and a woman, 26, for domestic infliction of corporal injury.

May 19

At Apollo High School in the 3100 block of School Street, an 18- year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana on school property during school hours.

A man, 46, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing a noninjury accident at E. Cochran Street and Sycamore Drive.
