The Simi Valley Library will present a free poetry reading to the public at 7 p.m. Thurs., May 27 in the library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road. 

The reading will feature three local poets, one of whom has authored a book titled “Raindrops on Roses, Poetry on Life’s Loves and Losses.”

This is a free event and is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
