•Trisha Monesi and Katelyn Zulauf of Simi Valley have been named to the dean’s list at Boston University for the fall semester.

Boston University is the fourth largest independent university in the United States, with an enrollment of more than 29,000 students.

•Sarah Joan Olson received academic honors at Boston College by making the dean’s list for the fall 2009 semester.

Olson is a freshman majoring in business management at Boston College. She’s in the university’s honors program at the Carroll School of Management.

She is the daughter of Jim and Paula Olson-Cornell of Simi Valley and Carl Olson of Woodland Hills.

Boston College is one of the largest Catholic universities in the U.S., with an enrollment of about 14,500 undergraduate and graduate students from the U.S. and 90 countries.
