Diet plan says eat full plate, lose weight
Drs. Teresa Sherard and Diana Fleming of the Lifestyle Center of America and authors of “The Full Plate Diet” will present a free weight loss seminar titled “Are You Eating Enough to Lose Weight?” at 6:30 p.m. Wed., March 24 at the Simi Valley Adventist Church Campus Center, 1636 Sinaloa Road, Simi Valley.
The presentation will state why seven out of 10 adults actually need to eat more to lose weight.
According to Fleming, “Most diets tell you to cut back on your food portions—to deprive yourself—not The Full Plate Diet. The solution is to eat more foods that have the two most important ingredients for sustainable weight loss; the rest will take care of itself.”
The diet does not require pills, powders, liquids or special order foods.
The presentation is free and reservations are not required.
