A woman, 32, was arrested at Kohl’s department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road and charged with burglary.

As part of an embezzlement investigation in the 3300 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, officers arrested a 24-year-old man on a charge of grand theft.
