Standout Students

•Taylor Moreland of Simi Valley has been named to the fall semester president’s list at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.

Moreland is majoring in forensic and investigative science and carried a grade point average of 4.0 during the fall semester. He is the son of Bret and Tami Moreland of Simi Valley.

•The following students from Simi Valley were named to the Marist College dean’s list for the fall 2009 semester.

Leeann M. Harridsleff is majoring in biomedical sciences.

Angela M. Rampton is majoring in business administration, emphasis in marketing.

Marist is an independent liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,400 full-time undergraduate students from 39 states and seven countries.

•Eric James Rullman of Simi Valley made the dean’s list for fall semester 2009 in the College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho.

To achieve this honor, undergraduate students achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or better on 12 or more graded credits.

• Alexandra Knaub and Bianca Pucci are among 3,700 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the dean’s list for the 2009 fall semester.

Knaub is pursuing a degree in business administration, Pucci in liberal arts and sciences.

Students named to the dean’s list carry at least 12 graded hours during the semester and have a minimum 3.5 grade point average.
