At E. Brower and Lupin streets, a 26-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. A 22-year-old man was also arrested for driving on a suspended license.

During a parole or probation search in the 1900 block of Galt Street, a 19-year-old man was arrested for the unlawful possession of a weapon.

In the 1400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 20-year-old woman was arrested for the unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage.

A 23-year-old man and a 20-yearold man were arrested on a charge of kidnapping in the 700 block of California Avenue. In a separate incident in the same area, a 20-yearold woman was arrested for possession of narcotics.

Feb. 10

In the 1600 block of E. Jefferson Way, a 33-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of identity theft.

A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary.

At E. Los Angeles and Christine avenues, a 30-year-old woman was arrested and charged with grand theft.

A man, 22, was arrested for committing vandalism in the 1600 block of E. Jefferson Way.

Feb. 11

During a school check at Simi Valley High School in the 5400 block of E. Cochran Street, an 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers responded to a family dispute in progress in the 1400 block of Sorrel Street and arrested a 19year-old man for committing vandalism resulting in less than $400 worth of damage.

At Royal Avenue and Crocker Street, a 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.

At the police station in the 3900 block of Alamo Street, officers arrested a 22-year-old man on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Feb. 12

In the 1400 block of Pinto Street, a 26-year-old man was arrested for committing vandalism resulting in less than $400 worth of damage.

Officers responded to a call of indecent exposure at the 24 Hour Fitness in the 1300 block of Madera Road and arrested a 47-year-old man for soliciting or engaging in lewd conduct in a public place.

At Patricia Avenue and Duncan Street, a man, 26, was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

In the 100 block of E. Cochran Street, a 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics.

A 45-year-old woman was arrested at the Plaza Food Market in the 1600 block of Royal Avenue and charged with selling or providing alcohol to a person under 21.

At Madera Road and Sunset Garden Lane, a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 13

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 55-year-old man at First and Arcane streets and an 18-yearold woman at Stearns Street and the 118 Freeway.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at Erringer Road and E. Los Angeles Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.

In the 2100 block of Guerne Avenue, a man, 27, was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

A 47-year-old man was arrested in the 1400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and charged with entering or remaining upon the property of any railroad without the permission of the owner and whose conduct upon the property interferes or hinders the safe and efficient operation of any train.

In the 3900 block of E. Cochran Street, a 63-year-old man was arrested for not paying for goods or services totaling less than $400.

A man, 23, was arrested in the 1900 block of Westbluff Place for being an unlicensed driver.

Feb. 14

At Fourth Street and Royal Avenue, a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana.

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 24-year-old man at E. Cochran Street and Galena Avenue and a 41-year-old man at Royal Avenue and Thompson Lane.

In the 2000 block of Hull Court, a 21-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
