Whisky Business, a Ventura County whisky tasting club, will host its inaugural tasting event at 6 p.m. Fri., Feb. 19 at Eric’s Restaurant, 495 N. Ventu Park Road, Newbury Park.

The tasting will focus on seven different Irish whiskies.

William Terry, general manager of Wade’s Wines in Westlake Village, will give a presentation about the whiskies being tasted.

The cost is $30 and includes light appetizers. Space is limited.
