Simi Valley Baseball Babe Ruth League registration and tryouts will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat. and Sun., Jan. 30 and 31 at the Simi Valley Baseball League Complex on Royal Avenue between Sequoia Avenue and Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley.

Registration is open to all players between the ages of 13 and 15 as of April 30, 2010, and living anywhere in eastern Ventura County or the greater San Fernando Valley.

Opening day will be Sat., March 6.

There will be enough players for eight to 10 teams, and all games will be played at the Simi Valley Baseball League complex with no travel required.

Registration fees are all inclusive, and there is no mandatory fundraising during the season.
