The Ventura County Public Health, Tobacco Education and Prevention Program will host weekly stop smoking classes from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 12 through March 2 at Alamo Hills Medical Group, 2876 N. Sycamore Drive, Ste. 101, Simi Valley.

Jan. 26 is the last day to join.

Free nicotine replacement therapy products will also be available.

Class topics will cover smoking urges, weight and exercise, stress and moods, handling slips, lifestyle balance and life without cigarettes.
