Advocates needed for foster kids
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a nationwide organization that trains volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in the foster care system. An informational orientation for prospective volunteers will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thurs., Jan. 7 in Camarillo.
Volunteers are needed, especially men and those who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
