One gift can brings smiles to many


JOY IN GIVING—Simi Valley High School students, left to right, Jaimie McCormack, Shannon Esswein and Megan Barron worked on the Giving Tree Program for families in the community. They collected gifts from students in the school who chose a tag from the tree and bought the wished-for item. The gifts were then sorted and given to families in the community unable to make holiday purchases for their children and themselves. In all, 33 families received gifts to help them celebrate the holidays.
