At the Kohl’s department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road, a 21-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and charged with burglary.

On the corner of Sycamore and E. Cochran Street, an 18-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dec. 10

In the 3400 block of Avenida Simi, a 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and another 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana.

A man, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing a noninjury accident on the corner of E. Easy Street and N. Chain Drive.

Dec. 11 A 19-year-old man was arrested in the 400 block of Innwood Road on a charge of receiving stolen property.

At Simi Valley Town Center in the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way, an 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with committing vandalism resulting in damage of more than $400.

Officers responded to a call of an assault at the Vons shopping center in the 1800 block of E. Cochran Street and arrested a 44year-old man on a charge of domestic battery.

Dec. 12

A 50-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing a non-injury accident in the 2300 block of Tapo Street.

Dec. 13

On the corner of Lee Street and N. Claudia Avenue, a 19-year-old man was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property.

In the 1000 block of Haven Avenue, a 57-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after fleeing the scene of an accident.

An 18-year-old woman was arrested in the 2800 block of Jadestone Avenue and charged with receiving stolen property. A 19year-old man was also arrested on a felony charge.

At the Ross in the 2800 block of E. Cochran Street, a 58-year-old woman was arrested and charged with theft.

Dec. 14

At the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 51-yearold woman was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft.

On the corner of Stearns Street and the 118 Freeway, a 19-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dec. 15

On the corner of Carson Street and Royal Avenue, a 21-year-old man was arrested for the unlawful possession of a weapon. A 27-yearold man was also arrested for driving on a suspended license.

Officers conducted a parole/ probation search in the1500 block of Kearney Avenue and arrested a 19-year-old man for failing to register as a member of a street gang.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the corner of Crocker Street and Royal Avenue.
