The San Fernando Valley Regional Chapter of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association is seeking new members and volunteers.

The chapter works to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease research and promotes wellness for people living with Parkinson’s, a progressive nerve disorder that affects more than 1.5 million people in the U.S.

The chapter meets once a month to plan outreach programs. Members and volunteers help with fundraisers and other events.
