Why isn’t city following its own water rules?
Since every Simi resident right now is under water rationing, I was wondering why, when I go for a walk every night around all the government buildings (i.e. city hall, Simi police station, courthouse, senior center), the city is allowed to water every night? Seems like a double standard.
That and whoever is adjusting the sprinklers isn’t doing a very good job because many of them go all over the sidewalk and street. I have a feeling if this is the case around the government buildings, I’m sure the rest of city property is watered every night as well.
Seems like a lot of water is being wasted.
