The Rev. Joe Shea will offer a free two-day retreat featuring 10 suggestions for improving one’s spiritual life in 2010 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wed. and Thurs., Dec. 16 and 17 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 1305 Royal Ave., Simi Valley.

The program will be repeated at 7 p.m. each day.
