POLICE VERSUS FIRE—Simi Valley Police Officer Danny Frates makes a reception during the second annual Gary Galloway Memorial Flag Football Game on Sunday. The contest pitted local cops against Ventura County firefighters in a friendly competition to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties. The firefighters won big, 34-0.
