Roseanne Presents Cultural Connections will present the comedy “Grandmas Rock!” The show, a performance piece by Gordon Durich featuring Jackie Goldberg, will be at 1 p.m. Tues., Nov. 17 at the Simi Valley Senior Citizens Center, 3900 Avenida Simi Road.

The event is free and open to the public

The show is a revision of an earlier piece and is described as “a tribute to those women not quite wizened rather wiser. It will include a new twist, a male sidekick, Grandpa.”

“We had many requests to weave in a grandpa to counter the central character,” said Durich, who lives in Westlake Village.

The play debuted in 2008 at the Motion Picture and Television Fund campus in Woodland Hills.
