Banker named Chamber chair
      Jill Haney has been named the 2010 chair of the board for the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, effective Jan. 1.    As chair, Haney will work directly with Leigh Nixon, Chamber CEO. Haney will officiate at board meetings and committee meetings and provide direction for the implementation of various programs and events.
