In the 1200 block of Agnew Street, a 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A 21-year-old man and a 25year-old man were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Royal Avenue.

The following were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 22year-old woman at E. Cochran Street and Tapo Canyon Road, a 29-year-old woman in the 3900 block of E. Cochran Street, and a 21-year-old man at Royal and Sequoia avenues.

Oct. 31

At the Simi Valley Hospital in the 2900 block of Sycamore Drive, a 37-year-old woman was arrested and charged with battery.

Officers responded to a family dispute in progress in the 90 block of S. Humboldt Street and arrested a 72-year-old man on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

In the 5800 block of E. Fasley Avenue, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics.

At Yosemite Avenue and the 118 Freeway, an 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nov. 1

A man, 25, was arrested in the 2300 block of Rudolph Drive and charged with possession of narcotics.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing a noninjury accident in the 1600 block of Alexander Street.

Nov. 2 At Alviso Street and Callahan Avenue, a 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with entering or remaining on the property of a railroad without the permission of the owner, and whose presence or conduct interfered with the safe and efficient operation of a train.

Nov. 3

A man, 39, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Haven and Royal avenues.

Nov. 4 At Agnew and First streets, a 29year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

At the Kohl’s department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road, a 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with theft.
