The Oaks Chamber Singers, under the direction of Annette Murphy, will present a concert of the music of Charles Francois Gounodat 7:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 14 in Samuelson Chapel, California Lutheran University, Olsen Drive, Thousand Oaks.

The concert will open with “O, Divine Redeemer” with soprano Adrian Benson, “Pater Noster,” “Ave Maria” with soprano Susan Frye, “O ma belle rebelle” with baritone Kyung-tae and “Quand tu chanter.” The accompanist will be Soon Seop Kim.

The second half of the program will feature the chapel organ on “Messe Solennelle de St. Cecile,” a solemn Mass in honor of St. Cecile, the patron saint of musicians and music.

The soloists will be soprano Debra Schaeffer, tenor Jonghun Lee, and baritone Kyung-tae. Mark Holstrom will be the organist.

Advance tickets are $15. Group rates for eight or more are $12 per person. Tickets at the door will be $18 for adults and $16 for seniors and students.
