Toastmasters is starting a new morning club which is open to the community.

The Simi Risers will host an open house at 6:30 a.m. Tues., Nov. 10 at the Sunrise facility, 190 Tierra Rejada and Village Parkway Road, Simi Valley. The club meets weekly at this time and location.

The featured speaker will be past district governor Brenda O’Brien discussing “Business and personal communication.”

Toastmasters is a nonprofit, global organization dedicated to teaching communication and leadership skills. The environment is supportive, social and professional.
