Thanks to Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, snow will be trucked in to the Rancho Santa Susana Community Park, 5005 Los Angeles Ave., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun., Nov. 8.

SnowFest Arts and Crafts Fair will offer snow play, sledding, snow angels and other snow fun for the family.

The day will feature more than 70 arts and crafts vendors and a Kidz Zone with crafts, balloons, games and activities.

Admission is free, with a small fee for the snow and bounce houses. All other activities are free.

Entertainment includes two Nature of Wildworks live animal shows, Jewels of the Nile dance show, Tang Soo Do University martial arts demonstration, Tribal Fusion belly dancers, Rancho Simi Twirlers, Na Hoaloha O Polynesia review music and dance, and hula dancing with live music.
