Oct. 21

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 22-year-old man on the corner of Tapo Canyon Road and Lost Canyons Drive and a 28year-old woman in the 5000 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

Oct. 22

At an apartment complex in the 1900 block of Yosemite Avenue, officers responded to a disturbing party in progress and arrested a 30year-old man on a charge of maliciously and willfully disturbing another person by loud and unreasonable noise.

A man, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the 1400 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

On the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Galt Street, a 52-yearold man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a 51-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

At the mall in the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 21-yearold man was arrested for grand theft.

Officers responded to a call of domestic violence in progress in the 6200 block of Cynthia Street and arrested a 33-year-old woman for domestic infliction of corporal injury.

Oct. 23

On the corner of Royal Avenue and El Monte Drive, a 19-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics.

Oct. 24

The following were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 30-year-old woman outside the Yankee Doodles in the 2800 block of Tapo Street and a 51-year-old woman on the corner of Alamo Street and Lemon Drive.

A woman, 30, was arrested on the corner of Sycamore Drive and E. Los Angeles Avenue and charged with the unlawful possession of a weapon.

At the Kohl’s department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road, a 30-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft.

On the corner of Travis Avenue and Walnut Street, a 20-year-old man was arrested for drawing or exhibiting a deadly weapon, other than a firearm, in an angry or threatening manner.

A 28-year-old man was arrested for possession of a switchblade on the corner of E. Cochran Street and Callahan Avenue.

Oct. 26

Officers responded to a call of a fight in progress in the 1500 block of Patricia Avenue and arrested a 28-year-old man for domestic infliction of corporal injury.

A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary.

A man, 42, was arrested for stealing a car from the 4500 block of Barnard Street on Oct. 13.

At the Wal-Mart in the 200 block of E. Cochran Street, a 19-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft.

Oct. 27

On the corner of Madera Road and E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 43year-old woman was arrested for possession of narcotics.
