The 48th annual Youth Halloween Carnival will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sat., Oct. 31 at the Rancho Santa Susana Community Center, 5005-C Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.

The event will have candy, prizes, game booths, inflatable attractions, a hay ride, trick-or-treat village and free cotton candy. Food will be available for purchase

Teens and adults volunteer run the game booths and other attractions, ensuring a safe and fun Halloween experience for children.

Admission price is $4 for children ages 2 to 11 and $1 for adults and children under age 2.

The event is sponsored by Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District.
