Ventura County residents may hear Supervisor Peter Foy speak at a meeting hosted by the Citizens Alliance for Property Rights from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thurs., Nov. 5 at the Goebel Senior Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.
