The newly formed Moorpark College Foundation Certified Farmers Market has been granted an additional 90-day temporary use permit, which will allow the market to operate through December.

By extending the use permit, the Ventura County Certified Farmers Market Association hopes to attract shoppers from other cities in Ventura County during the holiday season, when the Thousands Oaks location is closed.

The market is on the east side of the Moorpark College campus in Parking Lot G at Campus Park Drive. Hours are 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday.
