Chuy’s Simi West and Channel Islands 4x4 will host a Spooktacular family event at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Oct. 10, in the parking lot at Chuy’s, 1397 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.

On the second Saturday of every month Chuy’s hosts a 4x4 night, and October’s theme is “Truck or Treat.”

All children dressed in a costume will get to “truck or treat.” Chuy’s staff will judge a pumpkin carving contest, and the winner will win a prize. One pumpkin is allowed per 4x4. A DJ will be provided.

Guests may also tour a haunted house provided by Scair Structures starting at 7 p.m. today and tomorrow, Oct. 9 and 10. Food and cold drinks will be served on the patio.
