Hospice of the Conejo will present its annual major fundraiser, “Las Vegas Cool,” from 5 to 9 p.m. Sun., Oct. 4 at the Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive.

The event will feature a silent auction and Las Vegas-style gaming black jack, craps and roulette, with thousands of dollars in prizes and rewards.

The public is invited and tickets are $75 in advance or $100 at the door.

Hospice of the Conejo is a nonprofit, community-based volunteer hospice, providing inhome professional support and volunteer assistance to the patient and family, and professional therapists who provide bereavement counseling.

Hospice is based at 80 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks. All services are provided free of charge. The service area includes Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village.
