Sept. 16

At the CVS/pharmacy in the 4400 block of Alamo Street, a 44year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were arrested and charged with forging a prescription for any drug.

Sept. 17

At E. Los Angeles Avenue and Buyers Street, a 40-year-old man was arrested and charged with being an illegal alien and using false documents to conceal his true citizenship.

Officers responded to a trespass in progress in the 2300 block of Erringer Road and arrested a 47-year-old man, charging him with refusing or failing to leave the Cross Roads Preschool after being requested to do so.

In the 3900 block of Alamo Street, a 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A man, 51, was arrested at E. Los Angeles and Yosemite avenues on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

In the 3100 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue, a 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

At Stearns and E. Cochran streets, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with domestic infliction of corporal injury.

A 42-year-old man was arrested in the 1800 block of Bishop Lane and charged with possession of a controlled substance. A 21-year-old man was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana for sale.

Sept. 18

During a parole/probation search in the 5100 block of Barnard Street, officers arrested a 32yearold man on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sept. 19

A man, 21, was arrested at the 118 Freeway and First Street and charged with stealing a car.

In the 4400 block of Hempstead Street, a 45-year-old man was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

At Alpine Street and Marshall Avenue, a 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

An 18-year-old man was arrested in the 1500 block of Patricia Avenue and charged with failing to register as a member of a street gang.

Sept. 20

In the 900 block of Enchanted Way, a 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with paying, offering to pay or receiving money for the adoption of a child.

The following were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol: a 22year-old man at Sequoia and E. Los Angeles avenues and a 19-year-old man in the 1700 block of Fred Avenue.

A woman, 30, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from the Kohl’s department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road on Sept. 13. She was charged with robbery.

As part of an investigation into a Sept. 10 theft from the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way, an 18-year-old woman was arrested and charged with conspiracy.

A man, 65, was arrested and charged with violating a protective/ restraining order.

In the 1800 block of Galt Street, a 45-year-old man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.

At E. Cochran and Tapo streets, a 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sept. 21

At Donuts Plus in the 1700 block of Erringer Road, a 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with domestic battery.

Sept. 22

A 38-year-old woman was arrested at Kadota and Del Rio streets and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the 1500 block of Yosemite Avenue, a 53-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
