Stop smoking classes will be presented from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Nov. 3 at Alamo Hills Medical Group, 2876 N. Sycamore Drive, Ste. 101, Simi Valley.

The last day to join is Sept. 22.

The program will cover smoking urges, weight and exercise, stress and moods, lifestyle balance and life without cigarettes.

Free nicotine replacement therapy products will be available.

The program is funded by tobacco settlement dollars through Ventura County Public Health Tobacco Education and Prevention Program.
