Sept. 2

In the 1900 block of Elizondo Street, a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A 48-year-old woman was arrested in the 1500 block of Rory Lane and charged with battery.

At N. Justin Avenue and E. Brower Street, a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with reckless driving while evading a police officer. A 29-year-old man was arrested at the same time on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Sept. 3

A man, 25, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Alamo and Stearns streets.

At the Macy’s in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 28year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary.

At E. Cochran Street and Erringer Road, a 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with reckless driving while evading a police officer.

In the 4200 block of Alamo Street, a 28-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Officers responded to a family dispute in progress in the 1700 block of E. Cochran Street and arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly making criminal threats.

Sept. 4 At Tapo Canyon Road and Alamo Street, a 39-year-old woman was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at E. Los Angeles and Blackstock avenues.

In the 2400 block of Abbeywood Court, a man, 25, was arrested and charged with committing vandalism resulting in more than $400 worth of damage.

A man, 19, was arrested in the 3500 block of Wellston Court and charged with possession of alcohol by an underage driver.

Sept. 5

The following were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: a 22year-old man in the 1600 block of Agnew Street and a 57-year-old man after allegedly causing an injury accident at Erringer Road and E. Los Angeles Avenue.

A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged with committing vandalism resulting in more than $400 worth of damage.

At the Costco in the 2600 block of Park Center Drive, a 34-year-old man was arrested and charged with theft.

Sept. 6

At E. Los Angeles Avenue and Erringer Road, a 22-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at Anastasia Avenue and Tam Court and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

A man, 20, was arrested at Erringer Road and E. Los Angeles Avenue and charged with the illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Sept. 7

At Tapo Canyon Road and E. Cochran Street, a 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Rincon Street and Daunet Avenue.

A man, 20, was arrested and charged with committing robbery at the Ralph’s in the 2700 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue.

Sept. 8

At Valle Liquor in the 2500 block of Sycamore Drive, a 28year-old man was cited for allegedly selling or providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

Sept. 9

A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after allegedly causing an injury accident at N. Wood Ranch Parkway and Madera Road.
