The musical comedy “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” opens at 8 p.m. tomorrow, Sept. 12, at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave.

The show runs weekends through Oct. 18. Showtimes are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays.

The play features the Aggie football team, Miss Mona and her girls from The Chicken Ranch, doubletalking politicians, a cantankerous county sheriff and the publicity-seeking TV personality Melvin P. Thorpe.

The show is not recommended for young children.

Tickets for all performances are $20 for adults, $16 for seniors and students, and $14 for children 12 and under.
