Grossman Burn Center moving to West Hills

Grossman, co-director of the center. The father and son have decided to move the nationally recognized facility for burn patients from Sherman Oaks to West Hills.
Grossman Burn Center, one of the nation’s leading burn care facilities, will be relocating from Sherman Oaks Hospital to West Hills Hospital and Medical Center in the first quarter of 2010.
The Grossman Burn Center provides comprehensive and innovative treatment for patients with burns, from acute care and reconstruction to rehabilitation and psychological counseling.
Since its inception in 1969, The Grossman Burn Center has treated victims of all ages and walks of life, from children to firefighters in the greater Los Angeles area and from across the nation and around the world, offering topnotch medical attention and treatment for burns.
An open house for the Grossman Burn Center will take place in the future.
West Hills Hospital at 7300 Medical Center Drive is just completing a $60million expansion projected to open in the spring of 2010. It includes a new emergency department, intensive care unit and outpatient services.
