The city of Simi Valley is offering a city-owned affordable two-bedroom condominium unit in the Parkview Estates complex at the northeast corner of First Street and Fitzgerald Road.

Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until a qualified buyer is approved to purchase the property.

The affordable sale price is $176, 700.

The unit must be owner occupied and may be resold only to a low-income buyer at a restricted resale price.
