The city of Simi Valley offers free online utility payment service for Waterworks District No. 8 residential and commercial utility customers.

Customers can sign up for an online account from a link at www.simivalley.org or go directly to the secure utility billing site at www.onlinebiller.com/simivalley.

Once an account is set up and activated, customers can pay their utility bill using a credit card or checking account with one-time or automated regular payments.

Customers who choose not to use the online system can still pay their bills by using the drop box outside City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, or mail payments to P.O. Box 30536, Los Angeles, CA 90030.
