The 38th annual Malibu Arts Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 25 and 26 at the Malibu Civic Center, 23555 Civic Center Way.

The event, produced by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, features 200 exhibits of awardwinning painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers and other artisans who will show their pieces in outdoor tents.

The Chamber Village area will spotlight local businesses.

The festival has expanded with an entertainment stage where original musicians perform each day, a children's workshop where kids work with artists to create their own art, and a new dining terrace and a wine garden.

Local musicians will provide live entertainment.Food for sale includes hot dogs and hamburgers, gourmet sausages, milk shakes, smoothies, funnel cakes, and homemade ice-cream sandwiches.
