At the Simi Valley Town Center in the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way, a man, 21, was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft July 8.

Arrested July 8 at the Motel 6 in the 2500 block of Erringer Road were a 36-year-old man for being under the influence of a controlled substance and a 34-year-old woman for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers responded to a fraud in progress at the CVS/pharmacy in the 2800 block of E. Cochran Street and arrested a 28-year-old Hawthorne woman for forging a drug prescription July 9.

From July 10 to 11, three women and one man, in three separate incidents, were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

In the 2800 block of Racine Street, a 48-year-old woman was arrested July 11 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

On July 11, officers responded to a crime in progress at Judge Roy Bean's in the 2700 block of Tapo Canyon Road and arrested a male, 22, for assault with a deadly weapon.

A woman, 19, was arrested July 12 in the 1700 block of Ballard Street and charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. A 19-year-old man was also arrested for being drunk in public.

On Erringer Road near the westbound 118 Freeway entrance, a 33-year-old man was arrested July 12 for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In the 6500 block of Twin Circle Lane, a 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with burglary July 12.

A man, 30, was arrested July 12 on the corner of Hubbard Street and Patricia Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and causing an injury accident.

At the Macy's in the 1400 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 33year-old woman was arrested July 12 and charged with grand theft. A man, also 33, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

At the mall in the 1500 block of Simi Town Center Way, a 20yearold man was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft July 12.

A man, 31, was arrested July 12 in the 1400 block of Second Street for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Officers responded to a hit and run accident in the 6000 block of E. Nelda Street and arrested a male, 28, for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs July 13.

On the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Crater Street on July 13, a man, 22, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

On July 13, a woman, 18, was arrested for possession or purchase of a controlled substance for sale on the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Duncan Street.

A man, 56, was arrested July 13 in the 2700 block of Gum Circle and charged with domestic infliction of corporal injury.

At the Walmart in the 200 block of E. Cochran Street, a 21-year-old woman was arrested July 13 and charged with embezzlement.

On the corner of Sycamore Drive and Heywood Street, a 33year-old woman was arrested for receiving stolen property July 14.

At the Kohl's department store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road, a Chatsworth woman, 31, was arrested for shoplifting July 14 and charged with burglary.

On July 14, a 48-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and First Street.
