The Employment Development Department of California will present a seminar on "How to Manage Unemployment Insurance Costs Tax" from 9 a.m. to noon Thurs., July 30 at Job and Career Center, 980 Enchanted Way, Ste. 105, Simi Valley Room, Simi Valley.

The program will cover how to minimize unemployment insurance costs, what an unemployment insurance reserve account is, and how to apply for tax credits.
