Horace Mann Insurance Company of Simi Valley presented David Alexander Foldvary with the Lincoln Fellowship Award.

The fellowship provides for a fiveday summer institute at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library in Springfield, Ill., including lodging, roundtrip transportation and most meals.
